the killing

Friends, it will be said ironically that Mahatma Gandhi, who taught the lesson of non-violence to the world, was killed by violence. He was shot dead by Nathuram Godse on 30 January 1948.

Gandhi is still alive

But did Gandhi die from those bullets?

No, Gandhi is still alive as an idea, and Hemsha will remain so…

Even today, be it the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan or the campaign to end single-use plastic…

Whether it is a matter of Sustainable Development or Tolerance…

Whether it is a matter of registering protest or winning hearts…. We remember Gandhi only… We remember Gandhi Giri only.

Gandhi is still alive because Gandhi is a form of truth and truth is eternal….it never dies…never.

Friends, in the end I would just like to say that those people who say compulsion is the name of Mahatma Gandhi… Because not compulsion, the name of strength is Mahatma Gandhi.
